The Women’s Ministry goal is to include all the ladies who attend Vimy Ridge Baptist Church; to have Christian fellowship and fun, be fruitful, and glorify and serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Once a month the Women’s Ministry has a Ladies Night Out which usually consists of decorated tables, potluck dinner, a Christian speaker or Christian reading and an activity or project. What lady doesn’t like a night out with beautiful décor, good food & fellowship with other ladies…….Come join us, bring your favorite dish.

The main ministry is our own Wednesday Night Children. We established our clothes closet in 2019 & it has grown from the need of our Wednesday Night Children to those of all ages. We strive to do monthly holiday/seasonal things for the Wednesday Night Children - such as (snowmen/candy bar) gloves & toboggans, Easter baskets, Mother’s & Father’s Day gift shopping and Parents/Caregiver Christmas shopping.  We also include other ministry activities when we see a need for our Wednesday Night Children. If a need arises, we’re there to help.

 
Our secondary Ministry Opportunity is the Baptist Home for Girls in Madill, Oklahoma. This includes recognizing them for Easter, Birthday and sponsorship of their Annual Style Show as well as other things that may arise. We also do a yearly, if not more often visit with the girls and house parents James & Carol McClure.
